I’m desperately trying to find a fork to gouge out my eyes with…

When I get off the train most days, there is usually some ’street team’ eagerly trying to give me a free trial of something. In my time wandering out of NY Penn I’ve gotten chips, breakfast bars, soy milk, you name it. This, I think, is the greatest of them all so far…

So I’ve decided to start a new set of posts here at the ‘ol blog… I come across examples day and night of decisions that went horribly wrong in logo and branding design and yet somehow they managed to get approved. Given what I have to go through on a daily basis to get ANYTHING into market, it surprises me that stuff like this happens. For instance:

I mean seriously, how does this get approved? Did the CEO’s wife do the design? Did no one want to be the one that pointed out the obvious flaw here? Stay tuned, I’ve got more.
